Lolo View House

Lower Lonsdale View House is a full renovation of a typical existing 1950’s post war bungalow that is situated on a rare lot with expansive view corridors of Vancouver’s skyline and North Shore Mountains. Our strategy was to re-design the home utilizing the built energy already imbedded by using the original footprint, exterior walls and foundation. All bedrooms were moved to the upper rectangular bar that cantilevers over the original bungalow to insure an open concept and functional main floor. Large corner windows and a rooftop deck are Architectural details that maximize views and allow an abundance of natural light to flow into the living spaces. Sold before we even started any construction.
